The staff at Trek are always professional, i.e., friendly, thorough, efficient. Whenever I've had my bicycle repaired at Trek, the staff have fully explained my options. Regarding my recent bicycle purchase, the staff showed me my options, including make sure my new e-bicycle was the appropriate size, explaining various aspects of it (lights, etc.). And once it arrived at the store, the other staff person made sure I knew how to work the various bike functions. Thanks!

Ryan was great. Worked the boxing of my bike into the week. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. So, when I picked up the boxed bike, I dropped off my other bike for a tune-up. Excellent people, excellent service.

I am a repeat customer. Nice and handy having a bike shop where I live. I did the level one service for my gravel bike a few months ago and the job was completed as promised. I just had a wheel trued for my road bike. Good timing. Dropped it off one day and picked it up the next day. This was a long time local independent bike shop for over 30 years. So glad Trek stepped up and kept a bike shop going in Oakland that could very well be another empty retail location. I am a happy camper and will keep coming back again and again.
