I've had several bike repairs done at Trek in the past, and they've always done an excellent job. Recently, I needed to ship a bike to Florida, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful, took the time to explain everything, and made sure the bike was securely boxed for shipping. The bike made it through the airport without any issues. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a great experience all around. I highly recommend Trek!

Well, there is some space too small to write and say that all the great things about the store all the workers specially, the manager Greg , Tanner amazing people been buying bicycles at the same store even before it was owned directly trek . Brought my Trek bicycle in for tire repair. Tim took care of me. Made recommendations for an up grade, which I took on tires and tubes. Loved his service AND their product line so much in store. That I wanted to upgrade my bike and purchased a new one. This store has great employees and service!
