The Walled Lake Trek store was very friendly knowledgeable & spent the time with us to make sure the bikes would fit what we wanted to do. The accessories are a little pricey but the quality seems to be good. We travel some & it is good to know that usually there is a Trek store some place close by if there are problems. The Walled Lake store will work on your bike right away with not a long wait time.

The Trek Walled Lake Store was bright, cheery a d staffed with very helpful folks. I went 30 mins out of my way for just an extra strap extender for my Kuat carrier, but Trek Walled Lake had them in stock. They even invited me to their upcoming fatbike group ride! Will happily go out of my way again.

Every yung man treated me with complete respect - I needed their assistance to help me with my bike - and I didn't even purchase my bike there - they helped me with a partial assembly. The owner should be extremely proud of the quality of young men they have hired. GREAT JOB!!!!
