I cannot say enough, great things about Cara! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and generally enjoyable. Carol was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always one step ahead – anticipating questions and handling details before I even had to ask. What truly said Cara part was her dedication and care. I never felt like “just another transaction“. She took the time to understand my goals, explained every step clearly, and truly advocated for me throughout the entire process. Her negotiation, skills, market, insight, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. Next paragraph We were both buying and selling a home, this process can be stressful, but care made it feel smooth and manageable. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hard-working, and results driven realtor. If you want, someone who generally has your best interest at heart, Cara is the one.

Cara was by far the best Realtor we've ever worked with. Cara was very responsive to our emails and worked very fast setting up walk through to view the houses we were interested in. The buying process was pretty pain free in the long run.
