I met Shawn at an open house and asked him to do a home valuation if he wanted to. I didn't think he would, but he did! He came in prepared with a pleasant, professional demeanor. Most notably, Shawn was extremely easy to work with! I went through two bidding wars with him, and in a fast-paced environment, he was quick to communicate with me. Some offers had to be revised and submitted late at night, and Shawn executed those in a timely manner! He's attentive to his client's needs, and his interpersonal qualities made the whole process positive.
