Staff very helpful and knowledgable. My winter bike (Emonda SL5) was thoroughly assessed beforehand and costed before agreeing to the works. New drivechain and brake pads together with a Level2 service. Bike was even ready the next day, lovely and clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. When I collected the bike they very kindly, without missing a beat, agreed to fit SPD pedals that I brought with me, as well as a bottle cage. Topping it off there was even a drinks fridge and so had a free drink while waiting. There’s a reason buying from a store and dealing with staff first hand makes perfect sense.

The frame on my MTB snapped & the team at the St Alban's store couldn't have been more supportive & helpful in dealing with the warranty & obtaining approval for a new frame & bike swap/build. They are extremely knowledgeable & know their stuff when it comes to all things bike. I'm very happy & pleased with the whole service they provided from beginning to end.

Great range of products, knowledgable, kind and patient staff. We were instore for an hour deciding on which bike to buy in what colour and they made sure the bike fitted my son well and would be safe. There is space to try the bikes in the store and all the extras available like helmets and bottle holders. This isn’t our closest bike shop but I will be making the journey here in future just for the great customer service
