The guys at the Jacksonville Fla store are amazing. I’m from NY and had an issue with my battery/shifter. They fixed the issue fast. Love the service!!! It’s why I own 5 Trek bikes.

The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful, even after I said i was going to work on my own bike, they took the extra step making sure I knew what I was doing. Had heavier duty parts I wanted in stock. Very clean store, the mechanics on site seem to be efficient from what I could see. Definitely better to have a brick and mortar store I could speak with someone rather than trying to order something online and having to wait. Will definitely be back to buy spare parts

Mike the manager have always been helpful and attentive with questions I have. Mike the mechanic did a great job installed my saddle bike rack and helped retaped my handle bars.

The service was great. Staff worked right away on my bike and replaced a worn tire, cable and tightened up parts that needed attention. I think the price was right too! Recommend their service. Know I will return when the bike needs something.

I had such a great experience at Trek Bicycle Jax Lakeshore last weekend! Michael did my bike fitting, and he was absolutely amazing. I’m still fairly new to cycling, and he took the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions, and make sure every adjustment felt right for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and I left feeling so much more comfortable and confident on my bike. You can tell Michael genuinely cares about getting the fit right and making sure you have the best possible experience on the bike. If you’re looking for a professional bike fitting, I highly recommend Michael at Trek Bicycle Jax. Thank you for making this newbie feel like a pro! 🚴‍♀️💙

I needed a new charger and cord for my E Buke after it was lost. The employee who took my call said they did not have one but went above and beyond to find one of the chargers, making multiple calls to locate one and then having it shipped to my store. That’s dedicated service and because of the employees, I will be back and recommend my friends use this store.
