The organization of the whole process and the consistency with each practice. Coach Averi is amazing and our girl looks forward to seeing her every week at soccer. Coach Averi is so good with the kids and keeping them on track and gently correcting them when needed and always being encouraging and positive to them. Communication is easy and I’ve never had a problem with reaching out and getting a response if needed.
