I came in to have my shifting looked at on my Trek MTB. Olive helped me right away and found the problem immediately which was a loose rear derailleur. In addition, she noticed that my rear break caliper was not aligned properly and adjusted that too. it took about 5 minutes and I was good to go. She said there was no charge. I made sure to buy a tire as a way of saying thanks for the help to the shop. This is great service to and I will continue to recommend the Trek shop. Tom

Absolutely incredible customer service! The team went above and beyond, working overtime to diagnose and fix an issue with my son’s bike so he could have it back in time. We had previously taken it to another bike shop in town where it sat without the problem being resolved, so I can’t tell you how much we appreciated their urgency, persistence, and genuine care. They kept working until they figured it out and got him back on his bike. We are so grateful and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The gentlemen that work in the service department are absolutely stellar. I have had two different recent work orders with helping replace a broken spoke as well as some derailleur adjustments and other rather specific service requests and this team at Trek, who I think were a lot of the guys who used to work there when it was Bicycle Bob's, were absolutely amazing. A timely turnaround, stellar work and friendly upfront service. Everything lacking with a lot of service departments. Despite being bought by a larger bike company and not being a huge fan of Trek as a brand, I'm grateful for all these individuals and their good work.

My wife and I bought Trek Allant E bikes a year ago. We love these bikes. Recently, my wife had an accident and damaged both fenders, rack and lights. To my surprise, Trek Santa Barbara, repaired the bike at no cost and even replaced the helmet and delivered them to us. I cannot give enough praise to John Kaiser and John Martin for their service. I would suggest to everyone in the market for an E bike to consider buying from Trek. Regards, John Wells
