Courteous, professional staff from Linda on the initial part of the call to Aaron regarding the service quote. I was made to feel appreciated as a customer to be. Additionally, ownership was open to working with us to meet our desire for monthly, year-round pest control service and at a fair price. Then there was Christian, the technician who came to our home…what a gem! The warmth towards me as a new customer, his knowledge of product and the depth of service he performed was 5 flags above anything we have ever experienced in pest control. I would recommend this company to anyone because Arrow Exterminator has figured out that customer service and performance are key.
