Working with Sarah was a blessing. Being a first time land buyer I was very naive to the process from start to close, from the questions to ask, to the requests to make from the seller. She walked us through it, clearly explained, and did the due diligence that I would not have known to do on my own. I would recommend that anyone who’s interested in purchasing land or a home work with Sarah, it was an amazing experience.
