When I first met Carrie and Trace a year ago, I was meeting with a couple of agencies to make a selection of who to work with. The Lowes came to my hotel in Tawas and explained their process clearly. They were very friendly and not high pressure. They kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my property. When the land did not sell last year they took it off the market. Once early spring hit they promptly reached out to repost the property. They utilized a variety of social media and print media to advertise the land.
