Willem is very knowledgeable about all parts of the real estate transaction. The sale went through very smoothly. Willem listens to your concerns and makes it a priority to address your needs. He has many contacts with tradespeople and found me a painter who was able to quickly paint the interior of my garage. I highly recommend Willem.

Willem explained all of the steps that went along with the buying and selling process. All documentation and timelines were provided and met. In the end we sold the house quickly and for a very good price.
