I like my service from Purcor. I wish I would have had an email/phone call prior to my service though, like I used to get.

Austin was very professional introducing himself and letting me know how long he would be working around our house. We are very happy Austin continues to be our agent from your company and look forward to continue working with him.

Austin is always really helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate his willingness to share tips or listen to any concerns we might have. I have never had an issue with Standard Pest Control and so far am happy with PURCOR

For many years we have had the company out quarterly to spray and inspect for bugs and annoying insects. Chris is always pleasant and works efficiently! And if we have an issue with wasp nests, etc we can call and they are out quickly to address the problem

Quinton texted me the night before to tell me whether morning or evening, and called me the day of the service when he was on his way. He performed all of the needed checks and preventive actions, and put the cover on our crawl space back correctly (a task which others have not been so successful at completing. There appeared to be a disconnect between what I was told by the office on Monday regarding time of day (afternoon vs morning), and I was not told both of our properties were to be serviced until I received Quinton's text message. Perhaps the voice I heard on the phone was AI?

Quick response. Great work. Our technician did an amazing job this visit. He put on bee gear and took on an angry hive of hornets. My husband would have been cutting those landscape grasses soon and that would not have gone well. We really appreciate him finding it, and knocking it out!

I am satisfied with everything except your service feedback questionnaire. For example, in my recent visit the tech called twice to leave confirmation messages. That is appreciated. There is almost immediate feedback on the results of the service. That is appreciated. However, in the past much of the post service questioning is about my contact and communication with the tech. That contact does not occur during every visit, but when it does take place I appreciate the opportunity to talk. I have reached a point where, if there was no contact with the tech, I do not respond to the questions related to any kind of personal contact. Quite some time ago, during one of those talks, I was led to believe that the tech's service feedback is important due to job performance and was asked to always complete that section. My entire professional carrier was in public education. I do not want to create problems for your techs because every time I have talked with one it has been helpful / appreciated. But to expect tech performance feedback following every visit is unnecessary. In that case, I strongly recommend that you reword some of the questionnaire so it is clear that feedback is not relevant and therefore not necessary. Thank you
