Reliably maintain my property every 2 months. Thorough job done. Staff courteous and always communicate well. I do not like the automated appointment scheduling or the "A I" staffer!! I cannot have schedule given to me just the day before since I have other people and pets to consider. I always have to call and reschedule and the "A I" staffer has made mistakes with rescheduling, leaving me with the wrong date or time. I always end up calling the Wonderful Humans in my local office to straighten things out!

Our service technician, Bobbi Whitfield, is extremely thorough and attentive to detail. She calls when she's about to arrive-which we really appreciate. When I mentioned we had some ants, she went out of her way to not only find and treat for them, but also let us know she had. We appreciate the feedback. She also does the best job of cleaning the cobwebs and making sure everything is taken care of that we've ever experienced.
