We thought we were going to be overwhelmed making decisions during the design phase, but Shannon did a great job walking us through it step by step and giving us very helpful suggestions. Everything turned out just like we wanted it to. Chris and Dianne were great to work with during construction. They were both very responsive and great at communicating the updates each week. We feel lucky to have Chris as our builder. He is a very busy person but he always made himself available for either site visits anytime we asked or just texts and phone calls. He also went out of his way to work with us on any concerns or requests we had during the build process to make sure we were happy with the final product. He has a great reputation around the neighborhood because he also goes out of his way to help the current residents even when he’s not the person they should be contacting. Our neighbor across the street mentioned that he wished he had Chris as his builder each time we saw him when visiting our house.

Everyone made our experience exceptional! Lindsay and Keith were always responsive and guided us through every step of the process. Emily helped us pick beautiful finishes. And then there’s Bryan! He was patient, explained every single question we had, and truly made our home building experience world class. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Bryan! Lastly, Tina and Cynthia made the closing process seamless and communicated everything we needed in an incredibly timely manner.
