Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Had issues with my specialised which I purchased online with a competitor. Wish I had just purchased through cycles UK direct. All covered under warranty still but they have looked after me. Special shout out tonJohn the bike mechanic.

Very friendly welcoming team making me feel very relaxed. Tom helped me find the right bike, organising me a test ride with one option and then managed to get his hands on an early delivery Whyte karve - I’m chuffed! Would definitely recommended, thanks guys!

Friendly, knowledgeable team and complete works to greed specifications in record time. I always get advisory info thrown in too. Not the cheapest around but you absolutely get what you pay for. I don't use anyone else.

The staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accommodate my wishes, a special thanks to Lola and Tom. I asked for a number of accessories for my e bike, some of which were very hard to track down and took a few months on back order. I could have used my more local Trek dealer but I was so impressed by the level of service and care with the Canterbury Cycles teem in Canterbury I have no regrets. When fitting all the various bits to my bike, they even tided a few things up and fixed an issue I didn’t even know exist. Thanks!

The staff are cyclists themselves and know the products. I've known them years and trust their judgement and personal experience. I feel this is a service the internet cannot provide. Adam at the Canterbury branch helped me buy the bike talking me through the selection process, test ride, collection. I would not have purchased this high end bike on line. Thank you uk cycles not just for this but down to the small things like letting me change punctures out of the rain.
