This entire process was managed so well with the help of Kathryn Scott at CarePatrol. She advocated for my family member and I so we were able to receive the best care possible. I truly do not think I could have managed the process so well without her help. Anything that you think could be handled she handled. I am truly grateful for the help, support, and kindness throughout the whole process. I never had a question go unanswered. I could not recommend more.

I was referred to CarePatrol by Renee Mills LSW at UT Health and Claudette Rochelle at Encompass in Sugar Land. Unfortunately, we were in a huge rush - which isn't that unusual - to find a suitable assisted living for my husband. I spoke first to Kathryn Scott - who referred me to Quinn. Quinn was so helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate. Both of us were so impressed and relieved. (Matt, our older son, was with me throughout the process).
