Josh and the team were excellent. I had a bike rack put on my mountain bike and had that , along with another bike, tuned up. Several issues were encountered with installing the rack. It took a long time because the distributors weren’t clear about how it would fit on the bike. But Josh stayed on it and eventually the right parts came in and installed the rack. He did an excellent job. It’s very sturdy and the rack is very high-quality. I think him for his assistance on this. While I had to wait a long time… It wasn’t a fault of Trek or of any employee of the store. I do appreciate their hard work on this !!!

Service is top of the line. I was getting ready to ride when I realized I had a flat tire. I took my bike to trek in Grand Blanc, they fixed it right away I was riding in a hour. I have bought mirrors and hand grips that they gladly installed. Great place and great products. Thanks Trek
