Boxing for my newly diagnosed friends with Parkinson's as it helps to slow the progression. Support and community for a quietly growing health concern.
Tremendous overall body workout. Trainers are high temp, front desk staff is engaging as soon as you walk through the door. Members are friendly and welcoming as well. A 10 out of 10
I liked the intensity and range of the boxing exercises. The routines are well thought out and the trainers are available to talk. It's also nice to have of group of people dealing with the same disease symptoms.
I am a long-term member and I am reaching my goals. I have lost forty pounds and I have kept it off for five plus years. I am in better shape than I have been in twenty plus years. In addition to boxing three or four times per week, I also use their weights and I spend some time on the ellipicle. Geat coaches!
Its a great way to exercise. Especially for me a normal work out s too boring. Great atmosphere, had a great first lesson with Instructor Cody. Looking forward to many more!
The first class was fun, and Justin was very kind to me. I'm looking forward to the next class and want to learn boxing steps, shadowboxing, and jump rope.
I love the way they make you feel welcome and being kind and treat everyone with respect. I really like Austin and the othrr instructors. I'm happy to be there with my daughter and grandboys. Thanks to everyone
it's a good workout & the zoom connection works well. Good flexibility with the staff. Appreciate clear commands & numbers being used effectively with controlled speed.
tanks a bunch.
