I love that the workout are something my children and I can do together. Instructors and staff are personable and they are happy to assist anytime. I wish we had joined sooner!

Virginia is the life of this place. She is always welcoming and encourages good spirit, energy and camaraderie in the club. It doesn't have to mean being incredibly social all the time. But the more of that in general that you have coming from the staff and long time members ...I think is what will keep people coming back. I appreciate the clean space and the new workout area in the back. And the ongoing invitation at the end of class to provide our feedback makes me feel like the gym genuinely cares. It conveys that the gym respects both us and itself.
