Carolyn was welcoming, communicative, and informative every step of the home-buying process. She went out of her way to look at many homes with me and once we found "the one", she jumped on helping me secure inspections and repair estimates ahead of deadlines. Carolyn helped us make this possible. Her attention to details is amazing. She took care of everything since we were buying a property while living out of state, she was there to represent us in all the steps, went to all the houses we were interested, took videos, and then when we flew in, took us to all of them. She was our voice with the seller and was able to get us a fair transaction.
