What I really appreciate about Senior Helpers is the excellent communication. I always know what is going on, whether there is a change in personnel, someone will be arriving later than expected, or there is an adjustment to the schedule. I truly appreciate being kept informed. My dad is always happy with his caregivers, which means a lot to me. I appreciate that Senior Helpers makes an effort to keep the same caregiver whenever possible. I understand that schedule changes sometimes mean a new caregiver needs to be assigned.

I like the fact that senior helpers trains their employees before they send them out to a client. The helpers are always very pleasant and professional. I like the fact that we have flexibility with adding additional hours or stealing back if there are other scheduling things happening.
