TANYA IS GREAT. THE ONLY DIFFICULTY I HAVE IS WITH SUBSTITUTES. THEY ARE RESL NICE PEOPLE, BUT THEY HAVE YO BE SUPERVISED SINCE THEY ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH TH SYSYEM. I ALMOST HAVE TO DO ALL THE WORK, ESPECIALLY FROM THE MEDICAL ASPECT OF DIMENSIS AND INCONTINENCE.

I love that Tammy is a breath of fresh air. Always early, actually cares about her patients, and has the patience to listen to my dad ramble on about random things. (He has cognitive deficit, so this can be difficult) She legitimately helps with his care and helps with his daily living.
