Elizabeth was very smart with her questions with the staff at my Mom's ALF and I trust her with my Mom. What I don't like is getting an AI person on the phone giving me runaround. I had to hang up and redial before I could speak with a human. That AI answering the phone is not a good service, would rather be sent to voicemail.

Your staff works as hard as possible to satisfy and fill the requirements, despite uncertainty of the actual providers, being as dependable as necessary. Situations noise occur that weren’t planned, but the staff does the best I can to overcome those events and uncertain. It’s not a perfect world, but you do a good job at it

It really helps out the caregiver! To have someone come in and help with sail chores like bathing and shaving etc..it helps tremendously…. That way I can get a shower and take care of myself.. which bus hard in the days that they don’t come!
