I enjoyed the exclusivity of the room. The amenities truly make it an all in one homerun. Tv sound inside the infrared sauna (very spacious), private room, bag hooks, and a shower all in the privacy of your own room. Great experience highly recommend!!

The staff is friendly, the amenities are great, the facilities are clean and the booking is easy. As a member, my only complaint/request would be that the showers have some added water chlorine filters. Spending a dedicated effort to detox and then enjoying a cooling shower with nice open pours ready to accept chlorine is a bit of a paradox. I'd be thrilled to see this addition and I believe that the cost of memberships justify the expense of these additions. Otherwise, fantastic.

I love a private sauna experience , tv or music choices and the shower in room was awesome.. prefer a Seperate towel to shower than the one I sat on in sauna and the itty bitty cool wash cloth is ridiculous after sauna.. needs to be larger or in a bucket of cool water if no shower option available ! Overall a good experience, staff was very friendly

I really like the clean, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all amazing. I like being able to schedule through the app. The only thing that is a bummer is not ever really knowing how many sessions I actually have. I had rolled over 1 session x2 and those seemed to disappear. It would be better if the app showed how May left rather than number used.
