The Exercise Coach is perfect for me. I have the help I need to do unfamiliar or uncomfortable exercises at my level and my pace. I don't have to worry about whether or not I am maximizing my efforts toward improvement because the system is set up to handle that for me. The system also protects me from hurting myself. I could tell the difference in my strength and energy quickly so I am committed to continue.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at The Exercise Coach! From the very beginning, the onboarding process stood out—it was smooth, informative, and made me feel confident about getting started. The people there are friendly, professional, and genuinely encouraging, which makes such a difference. One thing I really appreciate is that the trainers are always ready when we arrive. There’s no waiting around for them to finish with someone else—they’re focused and prepared, which makes each session efficient and respectful of our time. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to ensure consistency when couples sign up for one-on-one training. Ideally, each person should have their own dedicated trainer during the session, rather than sharing one between the two. This would help maintain the individualized feel that The Exercise Coach is known for. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’m glad I chose this studio!
