I do not think that any real estate specialist could have performed any better than Anna Herrera. She is very well organized and detailed in her work, providing information on what is happening in the immediate neighborhood regarding the housing market and making recommendations based on current data which she keeps up to date. She is very resourceful in providing and arranging services that may be required, such as repairs on the home or property, or an estate sale. In addition to being professional she is very personable and makes it clear from the beginning that she is there to meet the customer's needs, whatever they may be. In that regard she is very flexible and accommodating. She made the whole process of selling my home and relocating to another state very smooth, professional, and always with grace and a smile.

Ms. Anna Herrera is very honest, professional and hard working real estate agent. She went above and beyond to help and assist me throughout the land purchase transaction. Furthermore, being an out of town land buyer, I couldn't visit the land in person in time. She drove more than 2 hours around trip just to take video and photos for me. She also spent tremendous amount of time to contact the title company, the HOA, the county and seller agent to get all my questions answered and all my concerns addressed. I will be very happy to work with Anna again for my real estate transactions in the future. Highly recommended to others.
