Nic is incredibly responsive. He listened to our needs and very generously accommodated us while we negotiated overseas. We were extremely happy with the service we received! Not only did we gain a great realtor and new home, we gained a friend! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nic to anyone moving to the ABQ area.

Nicolas worked with us over a couple of years, as we pursued our goals of moving to a new neighborhood within Albuquerque and selling out old home. With the former he was engaged and professional in showing us at least 2 dozen homes. With the latter he assisted us through all facets of thehome sales process--including staffing multiple open houses over 2+ months, consulting re all aspects, communicating with the buyers agent and facilitating the successful completion of the process. Nic was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable anytime I wanted to see a house. He came prepared with the listing information printed out for me, and helped answer so many questions even during the closing process. He was very responsive, and would always get back to me quickly. I had such an amazing home buying experience, and Nic was a huge part of why.
