I took my bike in for a tuneup up and got it back and it was perfect. They did the adjustments I asked for and I am happy with what they did. Definitely will take it back to them when needed.

This store is amazing! First of all, their selection of E-bikes is fantastic. We've enjoyed our two new bikes for months now, and feel confident that we had the best advice on purchasing the perfect bike for us. Secondly, the manager, Dennis Colar is a gem! What an astonishing service-oriented mentality this guy has. Old-school integrity and new-school knowledge. We couldn't be more thrilled with how generous he's been with his time and service. If this were Mayberry, he'd be Sheriff Andy. Run, don't walk to this Trek store...and bring Aunt Bea with you, 'cause even SHE would buy a bike from this place!

Five Star customer service! Knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to me. I’m a basic rider and not that knowledgeable about bikes. Staff made me feel comfortable during the sales process and walked me through the bike’s features and made sure I was happy with the purchase.

Daniel was the best. I took my bike in for a flat tire and he ended up fixing my front brake also. The front brake has been a problem for 9 months. I had other people look at it with no success but Daniel got it done. Cheers

Dennis and his team are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are super aware of the local needs/requirements of riding bikes in the area with our extreme heat and challenging road conditions. I have recommended this location to multiple friends looking for a great bike shop.

SERVICE with a capital S. On the spot. Walked in with a blown out tire and tube and walked out 20 min later repair, aired up and on my way. And it was a referral from Pedegro who could not handle the tire repair. Kudos to TREK

Amazing service department. I needed a rear derailleur adjustment, and I wanted to install a larger handlebar on my gravel bike. Emily was able to get the job done in record time (actually two days early). The bike feels good, and the shifting is honestly better than new. How about that? Many thanks!
