I recently went in unaware that Hill’s is an authorized dealer for Velotric e-bikes. I purchased two from Velotric’s website over a month ago and they shipped to my house. I put them together which wasn’t really hard but I would have preferred a bike shop to do that since they really know what they’re doing. I met David and he answered all of my questions. He was interested and cared about what I was looking for. He assured me that if I ever have any problems or need any kind of service they will work on my e-bikes. What a relief. I’m so glad I went in to your store. I ended up buying some tire sealant and a pump. I will be back and I look forward to have a long term relationship with Hills.
