I have been very happy with Mathnasium. My child has learned a lot and has fun doing it. She always looks forward to going and she is happy when I pick her up. She has improved her math skills and has kept and increased her confidence. The Boerum Hill location is especially great for her-- she sees friends from school and learns in a fun and supportive environment.

The staff and tutors at Mathnasium are patient and supportive! My son has a hard time focusing and is easily distracted. At times, he refuses to do the work and/or disrupt the other students. Instead of insisting he get his tutoring remotely, they keep working with him and with us to help him improve both his math and behavior skills. My son was very behind when he joined our family a few years and with Mathnasium, we are slowing getting him caught up.

Mathnasium in Brooklyn has been a wonderful partner in helping our 9-year-old develop both skills and confidence in math. Prior to joining, math was a constant source of frustration, often leading to shutdowns when faced with homework or challenging problems. From the very beginning, the instructors took the time to meet with us and design a program tailored to our child’s needs. They focused on building strong fundamentals while introducing different strategies to approach problems, particularly word problems, which had been the greatest struggle. After nearly a year of instruction, the transformation has been remarkable. Our child now approaches math with understanding and even enjoyment. For any family with a child who struggles with math, we highly recommend Mathnasium. Their thoughtful approach and dedicated team make all the difference.

The assistant directors are extremely accommodating, instructors are patient, and they are kind. They are amazing partners in making sure my child doesn’t fall behind in math.

Wonderful Learning Center! My daughters had a great experience. They gained confidence in solving more complex equations and problems. They were prompt in tackling some gaps that they had in missed prerequisites. The tutors are very supportive and encouraging. Everyone is so professional and friendly. We are so grateful!

Getting practice on the basic skills while being able to win rewards...Win! Win! I also appreciate the great communication...getting friendly responses in person, on the phone and in writing...wonderful! The shap shots are also very helpful.
