These guys are really helpful and let my son test ride a couple of bikes to make up his mind. They didn't try to push me into a more expensive model and also gave us more than a fair trade in price for the kids trade in program. I will definitely buy my next bike from them. 5 stars... And that says a lot for San Antonio!

Was a bit apprehensive as I dropped the bike off and traveled for a week with little cell service. Was told they didn't have my tire size and I would need to ship new tires to the shop, was able to facilitate. However when I arrived for pick up the bike was not put together. Figure 80% completed. Found out at pick up that a tire had a leak and a handful of other issues. Luckily either the boss or manager was present and he jumped in and walked me through everything with a degree of professionalism I really appreciate. They replaced the leak tire in 10min and explained my wheel shaft needed new threading. Because I dont live in the area and had to return home, i decided to leave the shaft with them and asked them to retreat the peddle to the shaft and just have them mail it to me. They kindly covered the shipping. Once i installed the last missing part to the bike I was back on the road in a much smoother ride than I had prior. The people at the service center where respectful and nice and I'm sure it would have been a cleaner process if I actually lived in the area and wasn't in the middle of travel. When something went wrong or wasn't expected from my pov, they communicated it well and worked to solve the problem in a professional way. I went with their level 2 package, was a bit expensive but the payment was worthwhile from my prospective as you are paying for professional attention and understanding. Would return and happy I landed here.

Bought my Trek here in 2020. I came in to have my tires replaced. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They presented a few options based on my riding locations. The service was excellent.

I went in to have my 1994 Barracuda A2M inspected for a chain problem and I walked out with a new a set of Trek Pro MTB Grips for it, and the chain problem resolved! Al was amazing to work with and he helped me pick out a set of grips that felt the most comfortable for me, and my vintage bike, the guy is awesome!
