We recently purchased new mountain bikes for our twins, and once again, we had a great experience! We purchased their first mountain bikes here about three years ago, and now that they’ve outgrown them, it was time to move up to a larger frame. The customer service has always been top-notch. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure we’re getting the right bikes for our kids. The service department is also fantastic and has always been helpful whenever we bring the bikes in. We’ve followed their recommended yearly service since purchasing our first bikes, and they’ve done a great job keeping them in excellent condition. Three years later, we came right back for their next bikes, and that says a lot. Great products, excellent service, and a team we trust. We’ll definitely continue coming back!

Wow so I’m Super Happy about my recent purchase, Big Mike was very knowledgeable and Friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed nor try to up sell or down sell me if that makes sense. He knew I was on my way to look at expensive bike and we eventually agreed on the price and the whole team was very cool. John was originally helping me a couple days prior and the whole experience was amazing!
