I had such a positive experience with the staff of Mostly E-Bikes. I ordered an item that I was not aware would be on backorder. They emailed me immediately to help manage expectations, and they followed up as soon as it was available. They also went above and beyond by helping to correct an order when I had selected the wrong version of Tern accessory. It was not expect that they corrected the order and honored the other version's price. That kindness and excellent service made me want to wait as long as it took to get the item through Mostly E-Bikes. Fortunately, it arrived within the projected timeline. I'll continue to use Mostly E-Bikes for my bike purchasing needs because of how communicative and generous they were in my first interaction.
