Everyone at Ganek PC - The Golden Team are absolutely professional, engaging and truly interested in making the closing a good experience for the buyer and seller. The Golden Team is always quick to respond when I need assistance with special stips, to acquiring warranty deeds, legal descriptions and plat copies. Not too many closing attorneys are available to give the attention we need to make our jobs easier when writing contracts. We always want to protect our clients and who best to ask is the closing attorney. It seems to be "Time is of the essence" situation.I really appreciate their acknowledge and expertise in real estate. I truly enjoy their CE classes. They make them fun and memorable! Nothing like learning off of other agents questions and situations. Clients are impressed how smooth the closings go and the unique swag and goodies available for all to enjoy. They are outstanding!
