The entire staff was AWESOME! We had a scheduled closing on Friday and at the eleventh hour it seemed like it was not going to close due to a title concern. Mimi, and the lender worked together to accommodate getting the necessary documents to address the concerns for the title company. At the end of the day (I mean the last closing.) We closed the deal. My first-time home buyer was able to secure the keys and move in over the weekend. Ganek always rise to the challenge and saves the day. I recommend them without hesitation. I'd highly recommend Gannet PC! We had such a smooth process working with the team, and everyone was no nice and welcoming in person. The office had a great atmosphere that was beautiful, clean, and easily accessible (Poncey-Highland location). I don't have one bad thing to say... Mimi was great along with everyone else we rubbed elbows with! I'll definitely be back!
