The repair technician was very helpful and friendly. He called and informed me that he was seeking warranty authorization and called again upon authorization and completion of the repair. Upon pick up, he showed me the failed hub mechanism and explained how it failed. He has serviced my bike twice before and each time was the same: excellent!!! I hope you can find a way to keep him employed as you consolidate your business operations to E. Olympia.

The expert and knowledge staff treat customers very well. I’ve had problems resolved quickly. The policy allowing refunds or exchanges of bikes in the first month is what sold me. Excellent way to assure customers are happy.

The team at the West Olympia store is the best. This is our second bike purchase in just over a year. My kids love to check out the bikes and ride around as I’m asking questions. All of the employees are always ready to answer questions and happy to help. They always go above and beyond, it really is customer service at its best. SUPER bummed to hear this store is closing and we will miss our neighborhood shop.

I have been cycling for 46 years. Trek has been my brand for 30 of those years. Their products have always been both high quality and durable. I have purchased a checkpoint and just yesterday a Supercaliber. I am new to mountain biking. Eric and John were very knowledgeable. Eric got my bike set up to my specs and gave me a ton of advice. Had a blast up in Capitol Forest. My favorite is still my Madone!

Honestly, everyone working at the shop on Harrison Rd in Olympia, particularly Matthew Monk (mostly because he was the person who sold us the bikes a year ago, and was the one we mostly interacted with when we brought our bicycles in to be maintenanced), were all quite lovely. With all that is happening in our country, it felt a bit of an oasis to step into Trek Bicycles and be met by everyone who worked there with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. Admittedly, a bit melodramatic, perhaps, but that is what we felt as we negotiated with the staff. If the only thing they were doing was putting their best professional foot forward, then give those people an Oscar! We would definitely recommend them, especially as we live much closer to the Trek location on 4th Ave. East, and go out of our way to deal with Matthew and friends.
