I like that it is a small store and that help is there if I need it. Everyone I spoke to is friendly..

I believe that my pup, Pippi, had his nails trimmed by Alli. She was very gentle and Pippi was never afraid. I know that I will be taking Pippi to the Apple Valley Chuck and Don's whenever I need to trim Pippi's nails. He never growled at her while his nails were being taken care of. She deserves a raise!!!

The staff who took my self wash appointment was friendly and helpful, as was the staff member who helped us during the appointment. You folks always have the best staff members — I always feel like a valued customer and your staff seem to really enjoy working there — always positive attitudes.

Alana and her coworker( not sure of her name) did an EXCELLENT job cutting and grinding my pug puppy, Simon’s nails. I would highly recommend both of them! Great job!!

Mattie is the best groomer! She is patient, talented, and listened very well to what we were hoping for our dog.

A pet shop that's a cut above. Employees are great, clearly they are animal lovers, and so nice to talk to.

The person that helped me over the phone listened to understand and offered to hold the bag of food for me since it was the last one they had in the store. When I got there, she had it ready and helped me with another flavor I was looking for. She also caught on that we feed our cat wet food as well and she suggested that they have the kibble in pate formula, same flavor and it was a buy one- get one free offer. Way to upsell! She smiled, thanked me.
