The employees always great me when I walk in and then take their time learning about my dog and what he needs. Once they get to know my dog and what he likes/doesn't like they are extremely helpful finding the right products. This store specifically also has a huge selection and is very tidy.

I am a regular customer. Not high volume with a tiny Maltese Shih Tzu. But, I am treated so nicely by the staff! You would think I was feeding a mastiff!! I am not sure how you manage to find all these cheerful animal lovers!
