I appreciate the fact that you were able to get us in for a groom without a prior appointment. I’ve only been at your shop twice, and Sarah is definitely wonderful with Maggie May. Dakota groomed her this time and I’m assuming was equally gentle with her. She’s 16 years old and blind I would’ve preferred a shorter haircut or clip perhaps but that’s odd me for not requesting that in advance so far, I have been very pleased with Chuck and Don’s..

I used the grooming services—very pleased with how my dog was groomed and comforted during the process. It was a scheduled appointment for 1 pm . Dog wasn’t ready to go until 4:00 pm due to having to groom walk-ins. Wish there was a way for staff to complete grooming without interruption and so I am not waiting longer than 2 hours.

One of my girls needed a nail trim, called on a Sunday, they said to bring her right in. Got in and out in 10 minutes from sign in to completion. Was a smooth process and a great price compared to my vet! Thank you much. We will see you again!

I needed help with cat food that had no chicken in it. My Veterinarian thinks that my cat might be allergic to it. They were very helpful in helping me check all of the labels. I'm very impressed with their customer service.
