I wish I had gotten the name of the person that helped me but she was AWESOME!!! I usually go to the North Oaks location and it’s mediocre when it comes to customer service. This woman that helped me in Blaine assured that I have just switched locations. She rescues senior dogs in Hospice - she shared that when she was helping me. She also used to live in Colorado. She was so helpful, pleasant and engaging. Knowledgable beyond belief too.
