This was my (and my cat’s) first time going to Kriser’s for their grooming services. I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. I have a 10 year old cat that’s truly a dream, and an adorable yet unhinged 2 year old cat that has to be part tiger. However, the groomer on staff, Matthew was INCREDIBLE with both! I shared that one would be easy and the other has to mildly sedated due to her spiciness, even for a nail trim. So I’d completely understand if he couldn’t trim the 2 year old’s nails. He took on the challenge, (with a peer) and got them both done with no issues. Matthew was also just super sweet. There was another woman at the register who was also incredibly personable and made the trip well worth it. Many many thanks to Matthew and his associates. We will be back.

Liz has been the best for our two pups! She’s thoughtful and considerate of both of their coat types, personalities, sensitivities and they always leave looking happy and refreshed! Highly recommend her as a groomer
