My delivery order last week was mixed up, delivered to wrong address and I received someone else’s order. C&Ds (multiple people who got involved) made it right by making sure I got what I ordered and told me to keep, return (drop off), or donate the wrong order. I ended up keeping the dry dog food bag and my dog loved it, so that’ll be a new item we’ll start ordering and the soft dog food was donated to our dog groomers for drop off at a dog rescue they support. Great service recovery!! Appreciate your delivery service, makes things super easy!
