Unique dog treats and toys that definitely draw me to come back another time. Also a really great rewards system that includes services that we will seek out in the future once our puppy is old enough. And the employee helping us was super friendly and very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at.

Julie (groomer) was totally approachable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I appreciated that Ryan followed the rules on no grace period for Brodie’s Rabies vaccination, which was reassuring to protect other dogs. I easily rescheduled our grooming appointment. Some one came around w/treats. Love Kriser’s!

The employees at this location have excellent product knowledge. Thank you for training them to inform customers like me about food selections for dogs and how to relate the information. I made a better decision concerning my dog's diet because you invested in your employees' training.

Your staff person spent a lot of time listening to what I was needing for my kitten who had just finished a lengthy hospitalization, and she pointed me to some great food options to help get my kitten to eating wet food. Many thanks!!
