We brought our little dog to Chuck and Don’s to give her a bath ourselves. The people there were really friendly and helpful. We cleaned her up very nicely and dried her off. It was a great experience.

The staff in general are positive and helpful with any questions I have. This time our dog was there to have her nail ground and dremeled. The groomer, Bella, was thorough and quick, and comfortable with my big dog,. Afterward she alerted me to a problem she had noted with one of my dog's nails and how to follow up. This was a problem we arrived with and not to do with the grooming. Thank you, Bella.

Helpfulness of staff in assisting me with finding the type of cat food I wanted. Also appreciatee the first time customer discount and your willingness to accept a return of cat food, if my cat wouldn't eat it (unused goes to pet shelter organizations). Twin Cities cat lover.
