I went into the store with my 5 month old puppy whose collar broke and couldn’t be leashed. The staff put a lead on her and helped me pick out a new collar. I don’t have the use of both hands at 100% so the staff put on her collar and flea and tic collars too.

I loved that my dog found a forage feeder sprinkled with treats so he could explore and try something interesting. It was hard to pull him away. I bought two of them! For many years I have gone in to the Forest Lake store and have always gotten great products and advice. I love the friendly and knowledgeable staff that work there. They are lways welcoming to me and my dogs.
