Our dog has a lot of energy and can be challenging to groom. Jillian does a fantastic job with him every time! Linda is such a great resource and always has wonderful recommendations. Krisers in Glen Ellyn is a big part of taking care of our pet!

This Kriser’s store has extra special employees. We originally started coming here from Brooke in grooming. She’s a miracle worker with our highly anxious dog. Linda and Jill behind the counter are expert at helping us choose products for our pets, more than that they make shooing at Krisers fun for our family. Our kids look forward to seeing Jill & Linda to get silly cat stickers & lollipops! The kids ask to go to Kriser’s all the time!

All the employees are helpful and friendly. When I buy cat litter, they ask if I need help bringing it to the car. They have gotten step stools to get canned food off high shelves.

The groomers at Krisers are very kind and gentle to my sweet, 10 year old Lab. She gets fearful and then barks a lot but they are so patient with her. We really appreciate this!
