The staff at Kriser's Lodo Denver location went above and beyond to help me find the grooming services I needed for my challenging dog. The staff was responsive, kind, and helpful in following up with me even after I left the store, making sure I got what my dog and I needed. It was really refreshing to work with people who clearly put the customer's needs first.

I especially appreciate the staff and groomer, who helped navigate a complicated grooming with care and sensitivity.

The store crew is always friendly and helpful. I really like that they offer special treats to try bc my girl is picky. The groomers are really good and very patient with my very large, hairy, mouthy girl and follow my instructions well. We can usually get in for a groom fairly quickly.

Omg I love Kriser’s! I would way rather come here than go to a Petco or some other big box store. I go for cat stuff which the selection is great, although definitely more doggo stuff overall in the store. But I find something for my cats all the time. Kriser’s typically has promotions going on several items too and I enjoy getting my coupons by email. The egg puffs my kitties love and I’ve never seen anything like that before. I know I’m getting quality and purity and always great customer service. The team is helpful and friendly. I already tell everyone to go here!!!

Everyone is always so nice and patient to my shy pup! They help her feel welcome and comfortable every time. Everyone is always helpful if I ever have any questions, and they have great treat and toy selections. So nice to have somewhere in the middle of downtown.
