I’m always greeted in a friendly welcoming fashion when I enter the store. When checking out, interactions are friendly & fun. There’s always someone available for questions; staff is always knowledgeable. The products & incentives (sales, rewards, etc.) are fantastic. I always recommend C & D’s when I talk with other pet owners.
